Return Policy / 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

If you need to return an item, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy , provided you return the purchase within 15 days from the day you received it.

Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging. To return an item, please email us with order details to returns@elinemerchandising.com and we will forward you instructions. You should use a track-able package delivery, i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation. The purchase price of the item (minus Shipping) will be refunded to you as a credit and will be issued in the same manner payment was made to elinemerchandising.com.

Damages:

We inspect all items prior to shipment. We insure each item but we are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS, FEDEX or the US Postal Service) immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.

Orders received before noon are usually shipped the same day, "accept on weekends and holidays". Orders received after noon are usually shipped next day before noon. We make every effort to ship out all orders received on Friday before day�s end. The carriers we use are FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service (indicate which you prefer). Please note that only USPS will deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders may be cancelled or modified without fee, only if the items have not been shipped from the warehouse. If the order you wish to cancel or modify has already left the warehouse then you must pay shipping both ways and a 15% re-stocking fee. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped or confirmed by email or phone.

Your information will absolutely not be given out to any individual or organization for any reason what so ever, unless demanded by the proper authorities. We take your privacy very seriously.

Though anyone can buy accessories such as sharpeners, sword stands, and knife display cases, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase weaponry (i.e. knives, swords, machetes, axes) from elinemerchandising.com. The buyer has sole responsibility for ascertaining and obeying all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding the possession and use of any item purchased from www.elinemerchandising.com. All products are sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. www.elinemerchandising.com will not be liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors or dealers.
